After more than a decade on Watt Street, our family-owned Vietnamese kitchen has opened a second dining room in the Regent area — same recipes, same generous bowls, one more table to gather around.
Our Story
Watt Bistro is a family-owned restaurant established in 2013 on Watt Street in the beautiful city of Winnipeg. With a passion for sharing the authentic flavors of Vietnam, we carefully preserve traditional recipes and bring them to life in every dish we serve.
With our commitment to reasonable pricing, generous portions, and satisfying flavors, many guests in the Transcona area have made Watt Bistro their go-to dining destination, often recommending us to friends and family. This trust is our greatest pride and most valuable achievement.
To continue enhancing our guests' experience, we have expanded with a second location in the Regent area, where we have been warmly welcomed. This milestone reflects the dedication and perseverance of the entire Watt Bistro team. We remain committed to bringing Vietnamese cuisine to more guests and becoming a familiar choice for gatherings with family and friends.

A perfect blend of East and West, bánh mì combines the crispness of a French baguette with bold Vietnamese flavors. It represents creativity, history, and everyday deliciousness.
Strong, rich, and unforgettable. Brewed slowly through a traditional phin filter, Vietnamese coffee is more than a drink — it's a moment to pause, connect, and savor life.
